Privacy Policy

How CreativeKraft collects, uses and protects the information you share with us through this website, our enquiry forms and our direct communications.

Last updated 29 August 2026 24 sections

Introduction #

This Privacy Policy explains what information CreativeKraft collects when you visit this website or get in touch with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

We have tried to write this in plain language rather than legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold about you, email us at info@creativekraft.com and we will answer directly.

This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us by email, WhatsApp or our forms. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.

Information We Collect #

We collect information in two ways: information you give us deliberately, and a small amount of technical information your browser sends automatically when it requests a page.

We collect information through:

  • Service enquiry forms on each of our eight service pages
  • The Digital Growth Audit request form
  • Any other contact form on this website
  • Email you send to us
  • WhatsApp messages you send to our published number
  • Telephone calls and any other direct communication with our team

We do not buy personal information from third-party data brokers, and we do not scrape contact details to build prospect lists.

Information You Provide #

When you submit one of our forms, the fields vary by service, but across the site we may ask for:

  • Your name
  • Your business or brand name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number
  • Your website address
  • Your social media profiles
  • A description of your business
  • Your service requirements and current situation
  • Your marketing goals and biggest challenge
  • Your target market and country
  • An approximate budget range, where you choose to share one
  • Anything else you choose to write in a free-text field

Only the fields marked as required are necessary to process an enquiry. Optional fields exist because they let us give you a more useful answer, not because we need them. Budget questions are always optional.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information - such as health, financial account, biometric or government identifier data - through our website forms. We do not ask for it and we do not need it to answer an enquiry.

Business and Project Information #

To prepare a proposal, an audit or a piece of work, we may receive information about your business: your website, your advertising accounts, your analytics, your social profiles, your competitors, your pricing and your commercial goals.

Some of this is publicly available and some of it you share with us privately. We treat information you share privately as confidential and use it only to do the work you have asked us to do or to prepare a proposal for it. See our Terms & Conditions for the confidentiality commitment that applies to client engagements.

Where you give us access to an account you control - for example a Google Ads, Meta Business or analytics account - we access it only for the agreed purpose, and access can be withdrawn by you at any time from within that platform.

Website and Technical Information #

When your browser requests a page from this website, our web server receives standard technical information, including your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser type and operating system, and the page that referred you. This is ordinary web server activity and is required for the site to work.

When you submit a form we also record the page you submitted from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign parameters in that link. This is described under Advertising and Remarketing below.

This site is served through a caching layer and an image optimisation service that run on our own hosting. Neither profiles visitors.

Cookies and Similar Technologies #

This website sets no cookies at all unless you allow them. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets two. A small amount of information is also kept in your browser's local and session storage, which is a similar technology.

Our Cookie Policy lists every technology in use, what it does and how long it lasts. You can change your choices at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.

Analytics #

This website uses Google Analytics 4, supplied by Google. It tells us which pages are read, how visitors arrived, roughly where they are and what kind of device they use, so that we can see which parts of the site are useful.

The tag is not loaded until you allow analytics cookies. Until then no request is made to Google and no analytics cookie exists. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie preferences panel. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or the content of your message to Google.

Alongside page views, we measure specific interactions so that we can tell which pages and services actually produce enquiries. The events currently recorded are:

  • A form being started, and a form being submitted
  • A completed enquiry, recorded as a lead
  • Clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email links
  • Views of a service page, and which service it was
  • Clicks on our main calls to action
  • Reaching 90% of the way down a page, as a measure of engagement

These record that an interaction happened and on which page or service. They never carry what you typed. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and message content are not sent to Google in any event, and we do not send Google anything that identifies you personally.

Advertising and Remarketing #

CreativeKraft advertises its own services using Google Ads. Our Google Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account so that we can see which advertising produces enquiries; the lead event described under Analytics is the conversion we measure.

It is worth being precise about how that works, because it is not what most policies describe: no advertising tag runs on this website. There is no Google Ads conversion tag, no remarketing tag, no Meta Pixel and no LinkedIn Insight Tag in these pages. The link is between two Google accounts, not an extra piece of code on the page, and what flows through it is the analytics measurement you have already consented to.

Whether Google may use that measurement for advertising purposes depends on the advertising choice you make in the cookie banner. This website signals your choice to Google before any measurement is sent. If you decline advertising, that signal is sent as a refusal and stays refused until you change it.

CreativeKraft does advertise its own services on platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. If you arrive at this website from one of those advertisements, the campaign parameters in the link you clicked - for example the campaign name and the source platform - are held in your browser for the duration of your visit so that, if you then submit an enquiry, we can tell which campaign produced it.

That attribution information is stored only if you have allowed advertising cookies. If you decline, an enquiry still reaches us normally; we simply will not know which campaign it came from.

If we later add conversion tracking or remarketing tags, they will:

  • be named specifically in the Cookie Policy before they go live
  • load only after you have allowed advertising cookies
  • be used to measure campaign performance and, where permitted, to build remarketing audiences
  • never be used to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you

How We Use Information #

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Prepare a proposal, quote or Digital Growth Audit for you
  • Provide the services you have engaged us for
  • Communicate with you about an active project
  • Operate, maintain and improve this website
  • Understand how the website is used, where you have allowed analytics cookies
  • Measure the performance of our own marketing campaigns
  • Detect, prevent and investigate spam, fraud and abuse of our forms
  • Keep records we are required to keep, and comply with legal obligations

Where the law in your jurisdiction requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: your consent for non-essential cookies and for optional marketing messages; the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract when you ask us for a proposal or engage us; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and answering enquiries sent to us; and compliance with legal obligations where they apply.

We do not sell personal information. Selling or renting personal data is not part of our business model, and we do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Lead and Enquiry Processing #

When you submit a form on this website, two things happen. The submission is saved to the database on our own hosting, and a notification email containing your submission is sent to our internal enquiries address, info@creativekraft.com, so that a member of our team can act on it.

The saved record includes the fields you completed, the page you submitted from, the date and time, and any campaign parameters that were stored with your consent. We keep the record so an enquiry cannot be lost if an email fails to deliver.

Our forms include basic anti-spam measures: a hidden field that automated scripts tend to complete, a check on how quickly the form was submitted, and a limit on how many submissions can come from one connection in an hour. These are security measures and do not profile you.

Communication with Prospective Clients #

If you send us an enquiry, we will reply to it. That reply may come by email, WhatsApp or telephone, using the contact details you gave us, and we may follow up if we do not hear back. This is us answering the question you asked, not marketing.

We do not add enquirers to a marketing mailing list without asking. If we ever introduce marketing emails, consent will be requested separately from your enquiry, will not be pre-ticked, and declining it will have no effect on your enquiry being answered.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@creativekraft.com, and we will stop.

WhatsApp and Third-Party Communication #

This website offers WhatsApp as a way to contact us, and displays a WhatsApp chat button. Choosing WhatsApp means your message is carried by WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, and is subject to Meta's own privacy terms rather than ours. We receive your WhatsApp display name, your phone number and the content of your messages.

The chat button on this site does not connect to WhatsApp until you click it. Before you click, it is an ordinary link. It does store a small amount of information in your browser to remember whether you opened or closed the chat panel; that information stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

If you would rather not use a Meta service, email us at info@creativekraft.com or call us on +91 97245 69137 instead.

Service Providers and Third Parties #

We share personal information only with parties that help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its database, including enquiry records.
  • Our email provider, which carries the notification email containing your enquiry and any correspondence with you.
  • Google, which serves the typefaces used on this website and therefore receives your IP address when a page loads; and which, if you allow analytics cookies, also provides Google Analytics and receives the measurement described under Analytics. That measurement is also available to our Google Ads account for conversion reporting, as described under Advertising.
  • WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

If we engage additional processors - for example a CRM - this list will be updated. We do not permit our providers to use your information for their own purposes.

We have not named our individual hosting and email providers here because that list can change and a policy naming the wrong one is worse than one describing the category. If you want to know exactly who would handle your enquiry before you send it, ask us at info@creativekraft.com and we will tell you.

Advertising Platforms #

CreativeKraft advertises its own services on third-party platforms, which may include Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. When we run those campaigns, the platform collects information about how its own users interact with our advertisements, under the platform's own privacy terms and outside our control.

That activity happens on those platforms rather than in these pages: as stated above, no advertising or remarketing tag from any of those platforms is loaded by this website. Where our Google Analytics measurement is shared with Google Ads for conversion reporting, it is governed by the advertising choice you made in the cookie banner.

Where we run advertising campaigns on behalf of clients, the client is responsible for their own privacy disclosures to their own customers. Our role is described in our Terms & Conditions.

International Data Transfers #

CreativeKraft operates from India and works with clients in India, the United Kingdom, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia and elsewhere.

If you contact us from outside India, your information will be transferred to and handled in India, and may be handled by service providers operating in other countries. Data protection law in India, and in the countries our providers operate from, may differ from the law where you live.

Where a transfer mechanism is legally required for information originating in your jurisdiction, we will put an appropriate one in place. If you want to know how your information would be handled before you send it, ask us first at info@creativekraft.com.

Data Retention #

We keep information only as long as there is a reason to:

InformationHow long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projectsUp to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted
Client project records and correspondenceFor the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as needed for records, disputes or legal obligations

Google Analytics measurement data held by GoogleKept by Google under the retention period set on the analytics property

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See How to Request Access, Correction or Deletion.

Data Security #

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiry records are stored in the website database on our hosting, and administrative access is limited to people who need it.

Our forms validate and sanitise everything submitted before it is stored, and rate-limit repeated submissions to reduce abuse.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. What we can say is that we do not collect more than we need, we do not keep it longer than we need, and we would tell you promptly if a breach affected your information and the law required notification.

Your Privacy Rights #

The rights you have depend on where you live and which law applies to you. Rather than claim a single standard applies everywhere, we will simply honour the following requests for anyone who asks, to the extent the law allows:

  • Access - ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Correction - ask us to fix information that is wrong or out of date
  • Deletion - ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep
  • Restriction - ask us to pause processing while a question is resolved
  • Objection - object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests
  • Withdrawal of consent - withdraw consent at any time where we relied on it, including cookie consent, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it
  • Portability - receive information you gave us in a commonly used machine-readable format, where that right applies
  • Complaint - complain to the data protection authority in your country

Depending on where you are, these rights may arise under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, the EU GDPR, state privacy laws in the United States, PIPEDA in Canada, the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia, or the applicable data protection law of the United Arab Emirates.

How to Request Access, Correction or Deletion #

Email info@creativekraft.com with what you would like us to do. It helps if you tell us the email address or phone number you used when you contacted us, so we can find the right record.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting, particularly for access and deletion requests. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If a request will take longer, we will tell you why.

If we cannot act on a request - for example because we are required to keep a financial record - we will tell you which part we cannot do and why.

Children's Privacy #

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information from children, and our services are not marketed to them.

If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact info@creativekraft.com and we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy #

We will update this policy when what we do changes - in particular, before switching on any further analytics or advertising technology that is not currently running.

The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be reflected in the Cookie Policy at the same time, and where consent is required, we will ask again rather than assume your earlier answer still applies.
